Assistant Professor - Director of the Division – Sector “Radiology and Radiotherapy”

Born in Athens, Attika. Graduate of the Medical School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens (1988). Specialization in Radiotherapy Oncology (1991) at Aretaieio Hospital and PhD in Radiotherapy (Small cell lung cancer 1991). She worked in st Rafael Hospital in Leuven Belgium (1991-1992), Aretaieio Hospital (1992-2009) and from 2010-2013 as a lecturer in the Radiotherapy department.
From 2018-2020 was academic scholar at the Radiology and Radiotherapy division at the Biomedical Sciences Department of University of West Attica. From 2020- today Assistant Professor in the same department.
She has participated as a speaker or president at many conferences as well as at the organization of a significant number of Greek conferences and/or scientific meetings. Currently, she is the director of the Division of Radiology and Radiotherapy.
She is the author or co-author in 33 research articles.
